Hi,

Does anybody know the protocol of Hammerhead ribozyme clevage?and how to design the ribozyme?

Sorry I don't have much. Here's a paper on inhibiting a ribozyme; the references might be useful for design.

Let's make it clear. Ur trying to get a hyammerhead ribozyme. Is that right?
What I know is you can use SELEX to screen it. I don't know how to design it.
