Dear all, I have a question. I use Roche TeloTAGGG Telomerase PCR ELISA kit to detect the telomerase activity in the cells. But I can not  any find telomerase activities. Someone told me that  Gel-based telomerase detection  (TRAPEZEŽ Telomerase Detection Kit) is more sensitive than ELISA. I do not know why, because both of them based on same mechanism and procedure. However, I think during Elisa process, the signal was amplified. Am I right? Could you give me some suggestion about it!    Thanks a lot!
