Hi all,

       I have a small problem with choosing atechnique to gfinish my thesis, I have to choose RTPCR cloning or immunoperoxidase test.
I am learning techniques and now I have been given a choice either to select RT PCR or to develop an immunoperoxidase test for H1N1 influenza A virus.

Please advice me which would be appropriate to study, I have 3 months to write my thesis on it.
