Hi,

I have an experiment were I detach my cells with TrypLE and after 5 minutes I add PBS.
After that I want to fix the cells  with PFA and measure protein fluorescence expression by FACS (no Abs staining).

As I don't have much cells and wish to minimize lost through washing steps, I was wondering if I could fix the cells directly in the TrypLE/PBS solution without spining down and washing the cells. Then only do 1 wash after fixing.

Thanks for your help,

JP
