I want to stain mouse PBMCs that express mCherry and EGFP for Mac1 and Gr1, but I'm not 100% sure which dyes are OK to use.
So far, I know I can use PerCP-Cy5.5, but I still need to find one other dye. I was thinking PE-Cy7 may be compatible; however, it has 2 emission peaks and one is very close to the mCherry peak, so I'm not sure if I'd be able to compensate properly.
If anyone had any suggests, I'd appreciate them. Thanks!
