Hi i just found out that some kit manuals put measurement wavelength (450nm) and reference wavelength (620nm) as well? But some kit they dont mention any reference wavelength. Should i put reference wavelength so to have reference data as well (instead of raw data measured by instrument)? Thanks.

The reference wavelenght kan be usefull to detect scratches or airbubbles in the wells but it is not a necessity to read the wells.
