Can anyone please tell me the difference between Topotaq and TopoTaq HF used for regular PCR reactions? I am looking at the product descriptions and though I see that HF has more properties characterized to it due to the additional topoisomerase activity, I don't understand why one would really be better than the other in the end for sequencing? Does it have something to do with reducing the amount of difficult to read sequences?

Has anyone compared both and gotten better sequencing with Topotaq HF versus regular Topotaq?

Thanks in advance
