hi all i'm trying to do co immunopresipitation of Nup 358/RAN BP2 with western Blottiong.
the limition of my work is that i'm using it with RNAi technology. that's why the culture volume is limited, abt 1-1.5 ml
but i'm unable to get nup358 band on Xray film
is there any solution for it.
can any body help me?
