I'd like to determine viral RNA level changes in virus producing cell culture transfected with as-DNA. Can anybody provide me with a protocol and anything to be noted in the operation? Thanks in advance.

There are several absolute and relative quantitation methods.Thumbup-method is to do Real-time quantitation RT-PCR.
