[meticulous me]

I am quantitating sjTRECs in patient and NL control samples using real time PCR. My problem is that the DNA I am using was not sorted for T cells, and I need to control for the amount of T cells. Is there any type of reference gene I can use to standardize for the amount of T cells? I tried TCRalpha but it was amplified in non T cell lines.
