I had good experience with Dharmacon siRNA oligos (now Thermo Scientific). If you are thinking of shRNA vectors, I had good experience with pSingle inducible vector from Clontech. No experience with Akt1.

Hi! So you have experience with the pSingle-tTS-shRNA from Clontech?
I am looking for an inducible system to use and I was thinking about this one. Do you think it is a good choice?
But it is really expensive!!! They are asking me about 1500 euros to get it! Is that normal?!
Thanks thanks!
Jojo
