Can anyone please guide me for the basic settings to be done for acquisitioning the sample on BD-FACS system for cell cycle using Propidium-Iodide method? Thanks in advance!

You may want to check some protocols. Add BD FACS if you want protocols specific for that set up.

The settings vary, depending on a number of factors. See if you can find somebody in your institution who has done that assay on your instrument, that would be easiest. Otherwise, you're just going to have to set up your instrument settings from scratch, which really isn't too difficult. Just make sure you have lots of cells and time to set it up.
