:lol: Hi,everyone.Thank you for concerning my question.I got my gene from the plant genome and dont know the intron-extron boundary.Can I transform the Pichia expression system directly with the intron contained gene ? Thank you in advance. :)

Probably not. The splicing signals in pichia and plants are quite different.

THANK YOU A LOT. I want to know waht difference about the intron splicing signals between pichia and plants is ? Can you tell the reference book or material about the knowledge?
