I have prepared a 15% gel but after polymerization it bocomes cloudy what should I do?

Determine what it is that is making it cloudy, I am guessing precipitation of something. Prepare fresh solutions and try again.

did you prepare all the solutions including acrylamide?
did you add the right amount of bisacrylamide to the acrylamide solution?
a relatively high percentage of bisacrylamide will turn the gel cloudy when polymerized.
