is there any methode to isolate iRNA. with a classic thechnic (whithout kit)?

RNAi is a mechanism, not something you could "isolate." miRNA/siRNA on the other hand you could isolate. Many people use Trizol to isolate total RNA, which includes the small RNAs too.
