Hey!

I just started to use the LC 480 for two step qRT-PCR and it's killing me    The software is not freindly at all, but anyway...

I would love if someone could tell me why one positive sample is showed as negative (green color) as in the attached file. The problem is that I can't do the analyses and this happens quite frequently.
