Hi All,
how to analyse a S-shaped curve in ELISA.Do i use the linear trendline and the same equation or should i use a different regression fit

Linear trendline would work only roughly well for some part of sigmoidal curve and error increases further you are from the middle of the curve.

Best would be to get software with sigmoidal curve fitting (eg. GraphPad Prism).
