Hi, all

I found one article about qPCR. In that article, the authors made 10-fold serial dilution of their plasmid control with nuclease-free water containing carrier tRNA (100 ng/microliter)

Is cRNA critical for making serial dilution?

If anyone has information about cRNA for making DNA serial dilution, please share your information.
