Hi All , I want to use GFP Reporter for the Identification and Characterization of Promoter,  can anyone help me to find some literature regarding its use as reporter in the Identification and characterization of Promoter.

I think using GFP for promoter analysis is a bad idea, or you going to perform your analysis in transgenes mice or embryonic steam cells.
If you will look for promoter activity, make deletion construct, stimulations or what ever, you should use another system (Luciferase, CAT) as with GFP you have no chance to estimate you activity
