Hi,
I am a master student who going to study on the function of the present miRNAs in Sanger miRbase(but functionally unknown). I wonder is the commercial ready-made miRNA microarray in the market contain all miRNAs in Sanger miRbase (including both functionally well studied and functionally unknown)? If not, should I order customize a miRNA microarray chip for my study?

Hi Hui Hui,
Have you try Agilent e array for the custom microarray slide?
Perhaps you can visit http://www.chem.agil...es/gp50660.aspx for more detail.
