Dear all, does anybody know a good program for designing or controlling primers for a multiplex pcr?
I found MulitPLX 2.0 but it cannot design the primers but just makes more or less good groups out of compatible self-designed primers.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Im not sure if I can help but you could try this.

universalprobelibrary.com

If the link does not work then google Universal Probe Library

Click on 'design real time q pcr primers' then follow on from there. you can select multiplex as you go along.

Hope it helped.
