Hello everybody!
I have just a small question on the preparation of Gamborg's B5 medium based on a tight time frame: I don't have any 2,4-D and so as to avoid the time it takes for an order to arrive I am wondering if this compound can be substituted with another auxin analog? if you have alternative recipes I'd be REALLY grateful!!!
Thanks in advance for any answers

No ideas there, but I looked up some recipes here, and was wondering if they have some alternatives for you!

Hi cellcounter,
I looked up several of the links on that site but they are either recipes for other media using comercial mixtures of Gamborg B5 or they describe the preparation from scratch with the compound I don't have. Thanks anyway for trying to help!
