The long time no vacationer sounds in need of a little R&R
but if not, good that you have drive and energy for the challenges!

Thank goodness I can scuttle off in a few hours and catch up this weekend. It didn't help that the PCR I have run is completely blank, which probably means I designed my primers wrong

Hello guys.
@DRN : Amikin won't be coming here; so am I the 'birthday boy'? That was yesterday. Or do I get gifts and cake today too?
@PI : Hello PI. How is Dulhe Raja? I had oyako-don. Let me see if U remember what was that. With natto and tofu.
@LiL: good luck with ur PCR, LiL-san. Alcohol in blood results in contaminated cell cultures and blank PCR. I am speaking from my experience - in triplicates.
