+1!!! I don't get out of bed for an expected maximum less than 15!

What is this "resolution" you speak of? Some new-fangled Christmas toy for grown-ups?

Hi everyone ! My resolution for this year is the same as for last year:1280x720.

Il dort. Quoique le sort fût pour lui bien étrange,
Il vivait. Il mourut quand il n'eut plus son ange;
La chose simplement d'elle-même arriva,
Comme la nuit se fait lorsque le jour s'en va.

Didn't get round to try out today, unfortunately (spent half the day phoning around for a formal document I need, only to be put off to next month in the end, and the other half collecting and formatting microscopic images....) But i'm really curious, will try tomorrow!

Yup, work sucks...:lol:...btw, I asked a neighboring lab and they said they use Ambion tubes- they said they're not that expensive but you know, cost is relative...for a rich lab, they would say they're not expensive....:P you might have to do some shopping though...

OK, thanks for the info !! Posted Image I'll see what can be done about it. But it's really a bit embarassing if you are the only person in the lab having the problem Posted Image, and then ask for more expensive material to solve it.

Anyway, I wish you a good night, casandra !

Sorry for asking for a big rehash, but what's the problem with your cells being sticky?

Hi swanny. My cells tend to stick on the walls of the reaction tube when I centrifuge them, meaning I lose a part of them at every centrifugation step (and I've often got many centrifugation steps for one experiment). We're discussing the problem in this thread: http://www.protocol-...be/#entry147699
