I'm working on Western Blots off a sample that was provided to me.
It had DTT and Sample buffer added to it. And was also boiled.
The western blot comes out completely blank - nothing on it at all, and im sure now that it's not a problem with the gel or transfer or antibody or developing.
Is there any way of extracting protein from my sample, or testing it in some way to check the amount of protein that there actually in the sample?
