Hi everyone
i have a question about the optimum number of cells in suspension that can be cultured in multi well plate i.e in a 24 well plate what is the max. no. of cells that can be cultured for a period of 72 hours???????

You can try different cell numbers such as 1X10^4, 5X10^4 and 1X10^5. If clumping is a matter for you you can reduce the cell number further.

It depends on what medium you use, what kind of cells etc...
How you incubate..
Best way is to test it yourself, see what concentration fits your experiment.
