Hi. I forgot to keep some transfer buffer
(3g Tris, 14.4g glycine, .2l methanol in 1 litre h2o and ph 7.6)
in the fridge at 4C for doing a western blot.
I made some up in the morning, and put it at -80C to cool it quick before use.
Unfortunately, i left it a little too long, and the bottom part of it froze. I've since let it thaw out in the fridge again and its all now liquid again.

Is it still ok to use?
