Hi
If anyone can suggest the recipe n protocol for obtaining exponential increase in transcription. I am facing the problem of getting this increase within 10min. after that transcription becomes constant. Recently i used Fermentas High Yield transcription KIT, that shows the nice and slow increase in transcription thats follows the linear pattern but they dont mention anything about the buffer components and enzyme units.
Any suggestions would be helpful
