I am searching for a good method to keep cells (both suspension cells and trypsinated adherent cells) in suspension in order to be able to plate them as evenly as possible (using a robot).
I know that some people use stirring machines instead of magnetic stirrers for this kind of stuff but there isn't really any information out there on this.
Does anybody have experience with that and can recommend me a good way to keep the cells in a homogenous suspension (talking of a volume of about maximum 500mL or below).
