[epigenetics]

Hi,

I am wondering if there is anybody who is using human skin fibroblast cell at lab, and extracting DNA?

If there is, would you please share how much DNA you are getting from cells. I am using a kit and getting like 4.5 microgm from 6 million cells and i doubt its low. So please share the yeild and how you are extracting?
