I created a vector to express a secreted his-tagged protein. Can anyone recommend an antibody for western blotting to confirm expression?

I read about some antibodies only detecting his-tags at the N-terminus or C-terminus or with a particular amino acid after the tag. Some antibodies online say they are good for proteins expressed from specific vectors (pET etc), but our vector is homemade and I included 6X-His in my insert to tag the protein.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
