GC rich DNA sequencing

Does anyone have any successful experience regarding sequencing GC rich (~70%) DNA sequence. I tried with 3% DMSO. Sequencing always stop once meet GC rich region. Thanks a lot.

nope. add the betaine and run as usual.

i often tell investigators to increase the number of cycles to maximum when dealing with weak reactions.
