I am set to perform LCM on frozen skin sections that contain melanocytic tumors and am unsure of the proper dehydration steps beforehand.  The protocol I am following from Arcturus includes a HistoGene staining solution in the dehydration process that I will not need to perform.  Does anybody out there have any suggestions on how to take the sections to xylene?
