Can someone give my a link to a protocol to separate or reduce the amount of chloroplast or mitochondrial DNA from a genomic DNA extraction.   I am constructing a genomic library, and have a good number of clones, but they tend to be chloro/mit in make up.

I don't have any protocols for it, but you should be able to do this by density gradient centrifugation using cesium chloride.
