Dear friends,

I am looking for an agent or enzyme which destabilize DNA bubbles and help tear ds DNA into ssDNA

(better if it works even on a small bubble caused by one base pair mismatch, i.e. heteroduplex).

Does anyone know such agents?


I would appriciate any information.
