Dear SirDuring the coimmunoprecipitation experiments I carried now, I found unkown protein (60 KDa) always bind with my protein. I separate and purify this protein then applied to A.A sequencer. I got this result OF A.A. in the amino-terminal GDPYPLIAKRFYDSGLEHGG. COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN FIND THE PROTEIN CONTAINING THIS SEQUENCE OR ALMOST SIMILAR TO IT? WHICH SOFTWERE OR INTERNET SITE I CAN USED? AND/OR THE SIMPLE WAY TO IDENTIFY THE WHOLE SEQUENCE OF THIS PROTEIN.YoursAlaa-eldin
