microbiological detection of peanut oil or other oil

Dear all,
may i know what should we do for microbiological detection of  peanut oil,soybean oil and others.is it needed  detection of microbiological examination for oil.

Try emulsification with Tween or lecithin.  Suggest you look for a compendial methid (AOAC or CODEX).
