Hi, my sf9 cells are fantastic while in monolayer culture(adapted to serum free), but once i switch to suspension culture, the cells start dying on the 3rd day(cellviability drops drastically). I see a lot of cell debris under microscope, but surfactant Pluronic F-68  didn't seem to be helpful.what can I do to improve cell viability?Jane
