Hey everyone,

Just a quick question, I have to dissolve a drug in cyclodextrin before I treat my cells, and was just wondering if the cylcodextrin solution could be filter sterilized prior to drug addition? Any help would be much appreciated :)

Should be able to as far as I can tell - it is just used to make other compounds water soluble and is based on starch.

The only filters we have is 0.2um so I'm worried I'll lose the cyclodextrin if I do filter it...
