HI ALL,

IF anyone can suggest me the protocol for obtaining highly purified DNA sample for transcription and transcription protocol as well
I am using Nucleobond Kit protocol for plasmid DNA preparation, and for transcription, i used linearized fragment post-elution from the agarose gel. If anyone has suggestions. Please write about it

if you want to express your gene in E.coli, then you can insert your gene into expression vector which you can select using relative antibiotic. after you can get you want
