hi everyone,

i am doing purification plasma PAF-AH. it is Gr VII phospholipase A2.
i am using CAYMAN kit assay for activity determination.
but i am looking for other chromogenic substrates which may serve as substrate for PAF-AH
such as p-nitrophenyl acetate...
so i want to know whether any nonspecific substrates for PAF-AH or PhospholipaseA2 exists...
