I am currently having trouble expressing a mycobacterium tuberculosis protein. All my expression systems in coli results in expression into inclusion bodies. I am aware of a number of purification methods from IBs but my protein requires a cofactor to fold. i was looking to express this protein in smegmatis and was wondering if anyone was aware of a commercially available smeg line that is a DE3 strain (T7 RNAP gene in its genome) for T7 promoter plasmids. I know they are around, i just havent been able to get my hands on any.

thanks
