Hi all

I want to evaluate translocation of my protein from the cytosol to the membrane and other wise (in respond to stimulation).
the problem is that this is a membrane protein (6- trans domain membrane), so I assume that if I use any fractionation kit, because it membrane protein I will get the protein in the membrane fraction, even though it might translocate to the cytosole..

does anybody know or try how to deal with this problem?
