hi, lets say if i want to improve my rna yield and purity, can i perform the extraction again using the extracted rna with 1:1 ratio of tri-reagent? or anyway will do to help improve the rna yield/purity? thank you =)

I think by doing second extraction you would improve purity but lose on yield. Qiagen RNeasy kit is a good alternative to Trizol; you get pure (protein-free) RNA no matter what.
