The result is nice. However i am curious if this result is valid...can somebody help me? It is not that i don't want to measure it myself...i do not have the access to the nanodrop location

I asked my colleague to help me measure my siRNA (a type of double strand RNA) concentration after i resuspend it in siRNA buffer from pellet. The analyzer used was nanodrop. However she told me that there was no setting for dsRNA in the machine, so she measured my siRNA by setting to dsDNA.
The result is nice. However i am curious if this result is valid...can somebody help me? It is not that i don't want to measure it myself...i do not have the access to the nanodrop location

I used it to determine my oligo concentration
