Hello all,

I've been trying to extract RNA form an Arabidopsis tissue using TRI Reagent (Sigma). It has been four times now and nothing. First three times I did it with 100 mg of tissue, seeing that it did not work, I went up to 1 g and followed the same procedure adjusting the volumes accordingly. Again, nothing, not even degraded RNA is seen in the gel. Funny thing is that when I used 100 mg of different tissues, I succesfully extracted the RNA. I don't know what is goning on with his one.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
