Can anybody brief me a little about what is MSP score?
Also I want to calrify one concept, whether we target a single CpG site in MSP or more than one can be targeted. If more than one can be targeted, how would one differentiate between templates methylated or unmethyalted at CpG site/s lying somewhere in the middle or 5' end of primer?

That's a good question. I prefer to include just one CpG site in only one of the two primers. If more than one CpG in the primers and they have different methylation status, who knows when the PCR will give a product--totally out of prediction.
