Hello,

I'd like to differentiate mouse embryonic stem cells by culturing them in FCS or Knockout serum replacement (KSR). The problem is I don't want the medium to contain insulin or IGF, but FCS does contain IGF and KSR contains insulin. Is it possible to find KSR without insulin or to remove IGF from FCS?
