HL 60 cells passage

could any one tell me still how many passages can i grow HL 60 cells

HL 60 will grow indefinitely. You can passage as much as you like.   However, it is always good cell culture practice to make a large number of frozen working stocks and use these to start a fresh culture after 20 - 30 passages.
