Hello,
Does anyone knows where to find a glycoprotein loading marker for western blot?
I am running glycoproteins on SDS and they don't migrate as the regular loading markers, so I need glycoprotein standards as markers.

Thanks

We've used the CandyCane glycoprotein molecular weight standards, originally from Molecular Probes, now owned by Invitrogen (I think they call this standard the Pro-Q Glycoprotein Standard now; Invitrogen's catalog number C-21852).
